  • The clay in Detox Dirt is a 100% calcium montmorillonite clay, which has been the subject of independent, randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled trials. It is not a mixed mineral clay.

  • It is easy. Scoop a teaspoon of the powder and add it to 4 oz of water and then drink. This takes less than a minute.

  • If you take a teaspoon a day, it should last over a month.

  • Generally speaking, 1 teaspoon a day is the average dosage. But, some people consume a tablespoon a day which is fine.
